About 7 Days Modding
7 Days Modding is a community hub for 7 Days to Die mods. Players come here to find mods that are known to work with their game version, read how to install them, and download them from one place; creators come here to publish versioned releases, collect bug reports and feedback, and see what the community is asking for.
Every mod page lists the game version it was built for, whether it runs on the server, the client or both, its dependencies, an installation guide and a changelog. New uploads from members are checked by staff and every archive is scanned before it is published.
Who runs the site
7 Days Modding is built, hosted and maintained in Australia by Koastal Kollective, a small web and software studio whose team plays and mods 7 Days to Die. It is an independent fan site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Fun Pimps Entertainment LLC.
What you will find here

- Collections — ordered modpacks that are known to work together.
- The modding wiki — community documentation on XML and XPath modding, assets, load order and dedicated servers.
- Mod requests — ask for the mod you want and vote for the ones you would play.
- The creator leaderboard — each month's most downloaded creators, who win prizes.
How moderation works
Uploads from new members wait in a staff review queue before they are public. Archives are inspected on upload, and anyone can report a mod, comment or profile. Creators keep ownership of their work; see our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
